Cold start to the week, wet weather on the way
SPOKANE, Wash. — A cold start to the week with temperatures dropping into the low 20s and teens in some places.
Patchy, freezing fog will continue to be a problem over the next couple of days. It should clear out by Monday afternoon, only to return during the night and into Tuesday morning.
“Freezing temperatures for the daytime highs, dropping back into the 20s overnight,” said KXLY4 Mark Peterson. “Wet weather is on the way but so are warmer temperatures.”
You can expect to see that wet weather hit Wednesday night in the form of a rain/snow mix depending on where you live.
Travel across Washington was good Monday morning with no restrictions on Snoqualmie or Stevens Pass.
In Idaho, watch for icy patches on 4th of July Pass and Lookout Pass.
