City of Spokane Valley to host meeting about Mission construction
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The City of Spokane Valley will host a meeting about traffic impacts during construction on Mission Avenue from Flora to Baker.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 18, at Greenacres Christian Church, 18010 E. Mission Avenue in Spokane Valley.
An overview presentation will be followed by a chance to talk with City of Spokane Engineering staff about the project design, and review expected travel impacts.
Construction in the area is expected to last from late June through the end of October.

Sidewalks with ADA-compliant ramps on both sides of Mission
Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons alerting drivers to pedestrians/cyclists in the school zone crosswalk
Radar speed limit signs at Barker and Flora
Planting strips where space allows
