Christ Kitchen raising money for new food truck transmission
SPOKANE, Wash. — Christ Kitchen, a Spokane non-profit job training program that provides support for women in poverty, says their food truck is in need of a new transmission.
They posted on Facebook last week, saying their truck is how the program generates money by selling box lunches and gift baskets.
The kitchen has also had roof issues and problems with their walk-in cooler in the past couple of months.
So far, they have raised a little more than $350 to help with transmission costs.
