Chef Adam Hegsted opening French restaurant in former Casper Fry space

SPOKANE, Wash. – Chef Adam Hegsted’s “Eat Good Group” is opening a new French restaurant in the former Casper Fry space. 

“Francaise” is set to open in mid-May. 

Hegsted said the restaurant will be managed by a current Eat Good Group employee with a background in French cooking. The restaurant is searching for its lead chef and will soon turn its focus on hiring back-of-house staff. 

Guests can an expect a menu full of charcuterie boards, Monte Cristos and an oyster bar. There will also be a full breakfast menu. 

Francaise is the latest in Hegsted’s local ventures. His other restaurants include baba, the Gilded Unicorn and Honey Eatery among many others.
