Celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week with deals at local businesses, restaurants
SPOKANE, Wash. — To celebrate the hard work of teachers in the community, several restaurants and local businesses are offering deals and savings during Teacher Appreciation Week.
Here is a list of those deals:
Restaurant deals :
Chipotle: Teachers, faculty and school staff with a valid school ID can get a buy-one-get-one free offer from 3:00 p.m. to close Tuesday, May 7. The deal is on burritos, bowls, salads and orders of tacos.
MOD Pizza: On Tuesday, May 7, teachers get a buy-one-get-one free deal on MOD-size pizza or salads with their school IDs on in-store orders.
Sonic Drive-In: From May 7-31, get a free Route 44 drink or slush with purchase when ordering on the restaurant’s app. Use the promo code TEACHERS when ordering.
Wendy’s: Order through DoorDash’s mobile app to get a free small Frosty with the purchase of any Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. Use the code “HOUSEWENDYS.” The deal is available Sunday’s from April 14 through May 19.
Carl’s Jr.: Sign up for the Carl’s Jr. promo club to get a free small order of fries and a small drink. The deal is happening now.
Other deals :
Barnes & Noble: Get a 25 percent off discount on an in-store purchase and 10 percent off cafe purchases. The deal is happening now.
Costco: Join Costco as a new member and receive coupons for free products and savings.
Ann Taylor LOFT: Teachers get 15 percent off all full-priced items.
Michaels: Teachers who present a valid ID get 15 percent off in-store purchases.
Teacher Appreciation Week begins Monday, May 6 and ends Friday, May 10.
