The American Red Cross has set up a shelter for people evacuated in the wake of the Upriver Beacon Fire in Spokane County.
The Rocky Reach Fire started around five miles northeast of Wenatchee, Washington on the evening of July 13th. Crews currently have the fire 30% contained.
