A Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 7pm. A windy start that will continue through out the day. Snow 2-4 inches in our region with chances of snow into Tuesday. A drier Wednesday and then more snow Thursday and Friday.

Overnight snow makes for a slick morning commute - Mark

around 2 inches has fallen in our area and more light snow showers expected. Cloudy and cold tonight with a partly cloudy Friday. Saturday the New Year will start bitter cold and minus 5 and warm to 17 degrees. Warmer next week with back to average temps.

Light snow is expected today with heavier amounts in the mountains. In fact, some snow all the way through the weekend then frigid cold temperatures move in for next week. Single-digit highs and sub-zero lows are expected.
