Candlelight vigil held to remember 2-year-old boy

A local family is thanking the community for support after the death of their young son.

Koa Norman died after falling into the Spokane River last weekend near Nine Mile Falls. Authorities said he was only in the water for a few minutes before he was rescued. Despite great efforts from his father and emergency responders to keep him alive, he didn’t survive.
