“Bricks of the Past II”
The Spokesman Review has released another set of before and after photos displaying some of the major brick buildings in downtown Spokane. One of the earliest photos dates back to the early 1900s showing the corner of Lincoln and Riverside. As someone who was not around to see Riverfront Park before Expo ’74, it’s fascinating to see the park before it’s current state. It’s almost mind boggling to think that generations before weren’t able to enjoy the park like we do today.
