Breakfast taco shop replaces bikini barista stand in N. Spokane
SPOKANE, Wash. – A drive-thru breakfast taco stand has replaced a bikini barista coffee shop on N. Ash St.
Don’t worry – you can still get a shot of espresso, just without the show.
The former “Whip It a Latte” stand is now “TacoVado.” The new stand is serving up breakfast tacos and other Mexican-style dishes for people on the go.
Need a caffeine fix? Coffee is still on the menu.
Co-owner Mark Sherman said their goal was to provide good food, but simplified.
“Everything’s made fresh. There’s no fryers, there’s no added oils or sugars,” said Sherman.
Sheman said people seem to enjoy the fact they can get breakfast quickly, but still have it made fresh.
TacoVado is now open at 1602 N. Ash St.
