Bonner County Sheriff’s Office to hold free Boat Idaho Course
SANDPOINT, Idaho — The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office will hold a free Boat Idaho Course on April 14, May 5, and June 9 to teach basic boating laws and safety.
The class will begin at 9 a.m. at the Marine Division boat house on 4001 North Boyer Road.
The class will last around six hours. It is free and open to the public, even if you’re not from Idaho.
The course will cover boating safety and requirements, including necessary equipment. Basic boating laws and the rules of the road with regard to navigation and boater courtesy will also be taught.
