Body of missing boater found in Lake Coeur d’Alene
WORLEY, Idaho — The body of 68-year-old Larry D. Isenberg was recovered by the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team Thursday afternoon.
At 1 p.m. Thursday, KCSO received a 911 call from a resident in the Sun-up Bay area near Worley who said they could see what they believed to be a body floating face down in the water. Deputies, detectives, and dive team personnel from the Sheriff’s Office arrived and recovered the body.
Isenberg was reported as missing on Tuesday, Feb. 13. after he fell into Lake Coeur d’Alene near Powder Horn Bay while in a boat with his wife.
Official identification is pending an autopsy to be conducted by the Spokane Medical Examiner’s Office in conjunction with the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.
