Board seeks input on proposed Spokane City Council District changes

SPOKANE, Wash. – The City of Spokane is seeking input on what the public feels is most important to consider when proposing boundary changes to current City Council Districts.

The Redistricting Board is tasked with adjusting current boundaries to make them as even as possible population-wise based on new data from the 2020 Census. This is not a full overhaul of current districts but is focused on simple boundary adjustments.

Those who would like to offer input can do so here. The online feedback portal will close on August 19 at noon.

A map of the current City Council districts can be found here.
