Nikki Torres joined the 4 News Now team in September 2018.

She graduated with a degree in Strategic Communication from The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. She also earned a minor in Business Administration from the Carson College of Business.

Nikki is a Washington native. While she grew up south of Seattle, Nikki’s spent time in the Inland Northwest, as a newsroom intern at KHQ-TV during her senior year at WSU.

Before making her way back to Spokane, she worked as a reporter, anchor and weather forecaster at NBC5 News in Medford, Oregon.

When she’s not working, she loves to go running, watching Cougar football, and hanging out with her dog.

She’s excited to be back in her home state. If you see her out and about give her a – Go Cougs!
