Benefit concert for refugees at St. John’s cathedral

World Relief Spokane hosts Not Forgotten: A Benefit Concert and Silent Auction for Refugee Resettlement on Friday, May 11 at 6:00 p.m.

The concert takes place at St. John’s Cathedral, located at 127 E. 12th Street. It will features musical performances by the Neema Youth Refugee Choir, Pilgrim Slavic Orchestra, and St. John’s Cathedral Choir. Noor, a Rohingya refugee who resettled in Spokane, will share about fleeing persecution in Myanmar and resettling in Spokane.

The suggested donation is $20 for each adult. A silent auction with free desert follows the concert at approximately 7:30 and features donations from the Davenport Hotel and Spokane Symphony, among others.
