Mail Theft Ring Suspect Arrested

On Monday, April 24, 2017, shortly after 6PM, deputies from the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip that wanted person, David T. Perry, 34, of Post Falls, was currently at an address off S. Douglas Ct. near Post Falls.
