For the second time in two days, the community has been notified of a sex offender moving into a single apartment complex in north Spokane.

Keaton was convicted of rape by force in 1982. He recently relocated to Spokane and had moved into a home on North Walnut.

Despite efforts by some community members, there are no city or state regulations that prohibit multiple offenders from moving into a single residence.

Tuesday, KXLY reported on another offender moving into the apartment complex on Lincoln.
