Another foot of snow is possible in Spokane this week
Wet, snowy systems headed for Inland Northwest
SPOKANE, Wash. — By Wednesday, the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas could see another foot of snow falling.
A wet system is headed for the Inland Northwest Sunday night into Monday morning. The area is currently under a winter weather advisory ahead of the system.
Spokane is expecting another two to three inches to fall by Monday morning. The Palouse could get even more. That will just be the beginning of some very wet weather heading to the area.
Monday will see a quick break in the storm, but more snow will come Monday night. From Monday to Tuesday, the region should brace for another three to eight inches. Then another snow storm will arrive Tuesday into Wednesday, bringing another two to four inches.
All of this could mean another foot of snow will fall by the middle of the week.
Temperatures will also remain cold, sitting in the 20s for most of the week, with lows in the teens.
