17-year-old girl found dead in Spokane River died by suicide, says Medical Examiner
SPOKANE, Wash. — A 17-year-old girl found dead in the Spokane River in May died by suicide, according to the Spokane County Medical Examiner.
The Medical Examiner said Sunquaria B. Noble died by hanging. Blunt impact injuries to her torso and drowning were contributing factors.
Noble was a student at North Central High School and will be remembered by her friends and colleagues.
