SPOKANE, Wash. — While most people’s birthday celebrations have been downsized due to the spread of COVID-19, 10-year-old Nate Hart used his birthday to raise money for Spokane Food Fighters.

Hosting his birthday party remotely, Hart asked his friends to donate to Spokane Food Fighters in lieu of presents.
