SPOKANE, Wash. -

The final day of Spokane Hoopfest included a team of mothers and daughters, the championship games, a dunk contest, and a man competing in Hoopfest while also battling brain cancer.

Team Hoosier Mama, featuring two sisters and the daughter of each sister, battled their way to Hoopfest Sunday.

Team Carrell Insurance included Steven Beaumont, a man who began suffering headaches at Spokane Hoopfest 2012, only to learn that they were the result of brain cancer.  Beaumont was given less than two years to live, and fights on to change that every day.
