Players such as Christian Laettner and Mateen Cleaves led their teams to the Final Four during their college careers. But what are these former NCAA standouts doing now?

After leading Michigan State to the 1979 NCAA crown, Magic Johnson became one of the greatest NBA players of all time. The Lakers' star retired in 1991 after learning he was HIV positive. He later returned to the league before retiring for good in the 1996 season. Johnson has worked as an NBA commentator and also owns Magic Johnson Enterprises, which includes a movie studio and a nationwide chain of movie theaters.
