Every team has a stretch of games that will define
it's season and for Washington State, we might be
in the middle of that stretch right now.
The Cougs, coming off a big win over Oregon this past
saturday, they have UCLA on deck in two weeks but
right now it is all about number 15 stanford.
The Cougs, heading down to the farm this saturday
and they hope that win over the Ducks can really help
them turn the corner as they get into the thick of
pac 12 play.
Yea we definitely got off to a rough start but you
know beating Oregon was like a weight lifted off our
back but now we know that it is pac 12 play now we
just got to get after it week by week.
I definitely think we are you know starting to get
all the rust off you know all that and just come together
better as a team, realizing you know, hey this is
what we are capable of, these big wins and stuff so
we just got to up the bar and just keep going from
Unfortunately it took us a little longer than we hoped
to get clicking but, and like I said we still have
room to improve but I think we are getting closer
to what coach leach and coach grinch have as far as
a vision for this team.
So quite the test coming up for Mike Leach's bunch.
Stanford, licking it's wounds after the pounding they
received from Washington in Seattle.
Of course last years game, so close.
Washington State, falling by two here at home we'll
see if they can flip the script this year, on the
