VIDEO: Hoover shines, captures state title for Mt. Spokane

Mt. Spokane's John Hoover, this week's Kimmel Athletic Shining Star, captured a 3A State wrestling championship on Saturday. 

He captained the Wildcats wrestling team the past two years, while maintaining a 3.8 GPA and achieving Eagle Scout status.
