Seven-time Pro Bowl punter Shane Lechler has agreed to terms with the Houston Texans, the Houston Chronicle reported Friday. Lechler, 36, is the NFL's all-time leader in gross punting average at 45.7, and last season completed a four-year contract that paid him $16 million. After a season during which Lechler had stats which would be good for any other punter but were sub-par for him, the Raiders seemed resigned to losing the man Al Davis drafted in the fifth round of the 2000 draft.
