Washington State University Head Men’s Basketball Coach Ken Bone announced Monday that senior guard Reggie Moore has been dismissed from the team for violation of team rules.
“Reggie has been an important part of the basketball program for the last three years and I wish him the very best in the future,” Bone said.
Moore simply tweeted, "Rock Bottom" in response to being removed from the team.
Moore has had troubles before. During his sophomore season, he was suspended for a game because of a marijuana arrest. He was steady his junior season, however, leading the Pac-12 in assists per game averaging 5.22 a contest.
So who takes Moore's place? Kansas transfer Royce Woolridge seems to be the best bet. He sat out last season due to NCAA transfer rules but has three years of eligibility remaining.
