Washington State's Athletic Director Bill Moos has been spending a lot of time in the Lilac City during Spokane Week. He stopped by the KXLY studios to talk about everything Cougar Athletics on Thursday.

In his second year as AD at Washington State, Moos has hired a new head football coach, and also began the renovation of Martin Stadium in Pullman. He and his staff are working on securing donations from fans and alumni in efforts to help build an athletic budget that is the smallest in the Pac-12 Conference.

Moos speaks on all of the above, plus talks about the current state of the men's basketball program. The Cougs advanced the the finals of the CBI Tournament last month but were faced with dwindling attendance numbers during head coach Ken Bone's third season in Pullman. We also asked Moos about former Cougar great Ryan Leaf in light of his recent arrests.
