The world's strangest 'capitals'

There are some awfully strange claims to fame across these United States. Here are a few lesser known "capitals."

Anoka, Minnesota: Halloween Capital of the World.  Sick of having kids vandalizing stuff on Halloween night, the city threw a party in 1920 to keep the youngins distracted. It became an annual celebration, and Congress gave Anoka the official designation in 1937.
