Warrenton, OR -

Six months after fire destroyed the Pacific Seafood processing plant in Warrenton, the company is eager to rebuild.

Project engineer Michel Roberts told The Daily Astorian that as soon as the insurance company releases the site, debris will be removed and rebuilding will begin.

The company has been operating from a leased facility at the Port of Astoria.

Roberts says the new facility will be state-of-the-art with more efficiencies and higher-quality products.
