PULLMAN, Wash. -

Two people were injured in overnight falls on Pullman’s College Hill between Wednesday and Thursday.

The first occurred around 10 p.m. at the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. Pullman  police say a college-aged female likely fell from a second story fire escape injuring her ankle or wrist.  She was taken to Pullman Regional Hospital for treatment of the minor injury.

Officers say alcohol was likely involved.

A few hours later, around 1 a.m. Thursday, officers and paramedics responded to Stubblefield’s Bar for a report that a 21-year-old Pullman man had fallen down some stairs.  The man suffered a head injury and was taken to PRH for treatment.

Officers say the man was highly intoxicated and was celebrating his 21st birthday.
