SPOKANE, Wash. -

Everything you need to make your winter season great is at the Snowlander Expo this weekend.

The Snowlander is published as part of the Inlander for all things snow, and the Expo is dedicated to helping you find the boots, bindings, and skis or board of your dreams.

"The first two-thousand people to walk through the doors will get a lift ticket to either Red Mountain or 49 Degrees North," said Snowlander editor Jen Forsyth.

This year they hope to draw an even bigger crowd by teaming up with local breweries to host the Powderkeg brewfest featuring 20 northwest breweries.

"It's kind of a social event before ski season gets going, and if beer and a good time doesn't get people down here I don't know what will," Forsyth said.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday at the Spokane Convention Center. Admission is just $7.
