SPOKANE, Wash. -

Spokane police have arrested a 17-year-old suspect for attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed someone at the House of Charity early Thursday morning.

Police responded to the stabbing incident at the House of Charity, located at 32 W. Pacific, at 6:30 a.m. Thursday. They found the victim had been stabbed in the back of the head with a butcher knife.

Witnesses told officers the suspect had threatened to kill the victim.

The juvenile was quickly found, detained and booked for 1st Degree Attempted Murder.
