SPOKANE, Wash. -

A brazen theft at a local business was caught on camera and now the store is using social media to catch the crooks.

Thieves made off with thousands of dollars in jewelry from Finders Keepers in Downtown Spokane.

"It was so disheartening and such a sick feeling," employee Liberty Brewster said.

Brewster was working when it happened last Friday afternoon. "We had a ton of customers inside the store. There was just two of us on the sales floor," she said.

But when another employee showed up, she noticed a case of rings was missing.

"The first thing I think of us is 'When did I take the rings out,' " Brewster said.

One look at the surveillance video and it was clear as a diamond ring - the rings were stolen.

"They were working together and it looks as if they found just a few seconds when we weren't looking," Brewster said.

The video shows one woman grab the tray of rings, while two are on the lookout. The store quickly posted the video to their Facebook page, hoping customers might be able to catch the thieves.

"It was just so smooth and it makes you feel like ugh. It makes you feel really sick," Brewster said.

Finders Keepers says they lost up to $10,000 in the theft but most of all, a sense of security. Brewster has been broken up about the theft since it happened.

"This is your second home so it feels like you were stolen from personally," Brewster said.

These women were bold. The store has cameras everywhere and a TV that displays every camera angle.

"We don't want this to happen to another local business," Brewster said.

Finders Keepers is offering a $500 reward to anyone with information about the theft that could led to an arrest and conviction.
