SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -

A 14-year-old East Valley High School student has been expelled after he told a teacher he had plans to kill everyone in his classroom including his teacher.

The incident happened last Thursday at East Valley High School. The student told the teacher "it was nothing personal with her" but he had plans to kill her along with all of the other students in the class, prompting the school to expel him.

On Friday morning a Spokane County Sheriff's deputy was advised of the incident but before he was able to find the student the boy's mother reported him as a runaway. Saturday, however, the mother reported the boy had returned home and was asleep in his bed.

A deputy went to the boy's home, arrested him and booked him into juvenile detention on the felony charge of Harassment Threat To Kill.
