SPOKANE, Wash. -

Neighbors are calling a duplex fire that broke out Monday morning suspicious. No one was hurt in the fire, but a dog was inside and is presumed to be dead.

The fire broke out at the home shortly before 6 a.m. at Denver and Marietta.

The duplex that burned is next door to a home that burned in August. That fire was declared to be arson.

Neighbors say a lot of people were traveling in and out of the home.

A car outside the home also burned in the fire.
