SPOKANE, Wash. -

Spokane County Sheriff's detectives are taking a closer look at the death of a man pulled from the Spokane River earlier this year.

Donald Kuest's body was discovered near Upriver Dam and the medical examiner later ruled he died from drowning and hypothermia.

However, it now appears someone stole his car and cell phone around the time of his death.

Deputies have found the vehicle and now want to know if Kuest's death was an accident or a robbery-related murder.
