SPOKANE, Wash. -

Hector Picard's cross-country bike trip ends Saturday in Spokane and with that comes a huge boost in support for little Jameson Davis.

Picard is a double amputee and he's been riding his bike for months to raise money and awareness for Jameson, a Spokane boy who was born without arms.

Picard started his journey in Miami on June 8 and has used the image of meeting Jameson as his inspiration on the 3,000 mile journey.

"Just thinkin' about that moment it's … it's guiding me there," Picard said with a sigh.

Picard arrives in Pullman Friday night, then will ride into Spokane Saturday, where Jameson's parents are planning a party to welcome him to the Lilac City.
