SPOKANE, Wash. -

Matthew Buquet, the Spokane man accused with sending Ricin-laced letters to President Obama is scheduled to be arraigned in Federal Court Wednesday.

A grand jury indicted Buquet last week on charges of developing, producing, and transferring a biological toxin, mailing a threatening communication to the president of the United States and mailing a threatening communication to a federal judge.

FBI agents raided Buquet's apartment in Browne's Addition on May 18. The FBI said Buquet sent a total of five Ricin-laced letters to the downtown Post Office, Judge Fred Van Sickle, President Obama, Fairchild Air Force Base and the CIA.

All of the letters were recovered.
