SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -

The teens who admitted to doing up to $100,000 in damage to a Spokane Valley home overnight Tuesday will be staying in jail for the time being.

Neither had a first appearance on the charges Wednesday and will stay in juvenile detention for the time being.

One of the teens has an extensive criminal history and will stay in detention. The second teen doesn't have much of a criminal history and may be eligible for electronic monitoring if officials determine its appropriate to release him.

The teens are facing charges of 2nd Degree Burglary, 1st and 2nd degree Malicious Mischief and 2nd Degree Vehicle Prowling.

Their arraignment date on the charges will be approximately two weeks from now.
