Truck jackknifes, loses boat on I-90 near Starr Road

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -

Traffic is backed up in the westbound lanes of I-90 after a truck hauling a boat heading eastbound jackknifed and ended up in the westbound lanes.

The truck went over the cable barrier fence and went into the westbound lane near Starr Road.

No other vehicles were involved.

Washington State Patrol has units on the scene, along with fire and aid vehicles.

There's no ETA as to when the boat will be removed from the freeway. Expect delays.
