RIGHT NOW, WASHINGTON LAW DIRECTS PROSECUTORS TO RULE
SHOOTINGS ARE JUSTIFIFED UNLESS THEY CAN PROVE THE
OFFICER ACTED WITH MALICE.
AND, JUSTIFIED IF THE OFFICER ACTED IN GOOD FAITH
THAT HE WAS JUSTIFIED.
WASHINGTON IS THE ONLY STATE THAT AFFORDS THAT PROTECTION.
