Severe weather and thunderstorms are heading to eastern Washington and the northern Idaho panhandle.
There were thunderstorms in the area early Friday morning, but a break is expected until the early afternoon.
According to KXLY4's Mark Peterson, Friday afternoon and evening we will experience another round of severe weather.
It is hard to determine exactly what areas will get the worst weather because the band of moisture is so broad.
Overnight weather should be clear.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch for parts of North Idaho and Eastern Washington, including:
Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, Kootenai, Latah, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Shoshone, Spokane and Stevens counties.
