The scope is a litte bit bigger than we thought,
YEARS AS A RAILROAD AND LUMBER YARD WILL DO THAT TO
SO THE COMMITTEE WANTS TO DESIGNATE THE AREA AS A
BROWNFIELD AND APPLY FOR STATE AND FEDERAL AID TO
HELP CLEAN IT UP.
It's not radio active or anything but it's enough
were it needs to be capped or treated or set aside
in a separate area,
THE COMMITTEE STILL SEES THE 64 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET
AND SCHEDULING AS THE BIGGEST RISKS TO COMPLETING
