PULLMAN, Wash. -

Pullman police have arrested the business manager for the American Travel Inn for fraudulently using customer credit card numbers.

Gurinder Kaur, 24, was arrested Thursday on numerous counts of identity theft and second degree theft after she confessed to taking credit card information from customers and then charging over $2,000.

Kaur, in addition to stealing credit card information from hotel visitors, also allegedly set up a fictitious company called Cougar Zip through which she siphoned money from victims' accounts.

Most of the illegally purchased items were seized when Pullman police detectives executed search warrants Thursday morning.

All those who have been the victim of identity theft and have recently stayed at the American
Travel Inn or conducted any business with “Cougar Zip” are asked to report it to the Pullman
Police Department.

The investigation is ongoing.
