SPOKANE, Wash. -

Spokane Police arrested two people and busted up a chop shop at a residence near 4000 N. Pittsburg Tuesday night.

An officer spotted a stolen Honda Civic at that location parked in front of a detached garage and saw people taking the vehicle apart and exchanging wheels, tires and other parts on it with two other vehicles that were inside the garage.

Police executed a search warrant at the address and recovered three Honda vehicles, a scooter, car parts, stolen tools and arrested Dennis Martynenko and Brandon Hill for two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle. Both men have an extensive criminal history.
