it a pedestrian friendly, bike friendly environment,
but we also get additional parking which the businesses

BUT, OVERALL, THEY SAY THEY'RE EXCITED FOR THIS PROJECT
AND HOW IT WILL CHANGE THE FUTURE OF THIS BLOCK.
i think it might be a challenge to get used to [but]
