Man cited for doing breast, buttocks augmentations without license

QUINCY, Wash. -

A Quincy, Wash. man has been accused of giving a woman injections for breast and buttocks augmentations despite having no health care credentials.

Mario Palafox-Vaille has been issued a “Notice of Intent to Issue Cease and Desist Order” by the state Department of Health.

The health department alleges that Palafox-Vaille injected a woman several times between June 2011 and June 2012 with an unknown substance to agument her breasts and buttocks. The patient said the concoction she was injected with was a mixture of Perlutan, saline, silicone, and cuerpo Amarillo.

The woman had to undergo corrective surgery to repair the damage done by the injections.
