Halloween day robber caught

SPOKANE, Wash. -

The man police suspect robbed the Shadle Park Walmart on Halloween morning has been arrested.

The Spokane PACT team spotted 28-year-old Jesse Luna, a local gang member and repeat offender, in the parking lot of Pawn 1 at Monroe and Alice Saturday.

He was taken into custody after running from officers.

Police say Luna used a gun during a theft-turn-robbery at the Shadle Park Walmart on Halloween morning.

He was booked into jail for Second Degree Robbery.
