SPOKANE -

Spokane Police say they arrested a man for pulling a gun during a fight over an iPod Saturday night, then refused to surrender for a brief period.

Officers were called to a home in the 3900 block of East Longfellow on a complaint that a man threatened another man with a gun in an argument over an iPod.

They identified the man with the gun as 37-year-old Timothy Raya. He was also wanted on a felony Department of Corrections escape warrant. He refused to home out of the house at first, but after hostage negotiators and the SWAT team arrived he was taken into custody without incident.

The firearm in the fight turned out to be a BB gun. Raya was booked into jail on the Felony DOC warrant.
