Gregoire on way out, Inslee into WA gov's office

OLYMPIA, Wash. -

The Washington governor's office is changing hands in Olympia.

After two terms, Gov. Chris Gregoire gives her final State of the State speech Tuesday.

Gov.-elect Jay Inslee will be sworn in on Wednesday and make his inaugural address.

The Washington Legislature began its session on Monday.
